From Cash · Las Vegas marketing

Autistic kids in our city
don't have a single play center built for them.

Las Vegas has world-class everything. The only sensory play center for autistic kids in this city closed last year. Not one place left where they don't have to mask or their parents have to apologize. I'm using my marketing agency to build that place. Hire us — the Fortune-500 tools the big agencies hide behind enterprise pricing — and every dollar builds it.

What you actually get

The Autism Acceptance World Business Network bundle.

Every Founding Member tier includes curated Fortune-500-grade marketing infrastructure delivered through the Voice of Cash agency stack. We've already built the systems — your sponsorship plugs you into them.

Infrastructure · 01

PR distribution

Press release distribution to verified business news outlets, syndication networks, and Las Vegas-local + national publications. Real placement, real measurement, not vanity submissions.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • Newsroom-grade press release writing — proper inverted-pyramid structure, AP-style copy, embargo handling, multimedia attachments. Writers who've placed stories in major business outlets.
  • Verified-outlet distribution lists — Las Vegas-local business journals, regional outlets, national B2B trade press, industry-specific publications relevant to your category. No mass-blast scams.
  • Placement measurement — actual pickup tracking, not just "distributed to 500 outlets." Quarterly reports show which outlets ran what.
  • Crisis PR readiness — when something happens, the playbook is already drafted. Sponsors at $25K+ get a 24-hour crisis-response retainer.

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $4-8K/mo retainer.

Infrastructure · 02

Programmatic geofencing + retargeting

Hyper-targeted display + connected-TV ads served only to people inside the geofences you choose — a competitor's parking lot, a trade-show floor, a high-intent neighborhood. Brand impression you used to need a national budget for.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • Custom geofence design — competitor locations, conference centers, trade shows, high-income ZIP codes, your existing-customer addresses. Drawn to your exact business intent.
  • Cross-device retargeting — anyone who enters your geofence is followed across their devices (phone, desktop, smart-TV) for the next 30 days with your ad creative.
  • Connected-TV (CTV) placement — your ad shows on streaming services to people who were just inside your geofence. Most Las Vegas small businesses cannot access CTV inventory at all; we deliver it at SMB pricing.
  • Real-time bid optimization — programmatic media buying with millisecond bidding, not manual placements. The same infrastructure F500 brands run.

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $5-15K/mo media + management.

Infrastructure · 03

Social management + content engine

Content scheduling, response monitoring, and reporting across the platforms your customers actually use. Done by the same operators who run our client portfolio, not interns.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • Channel-specific content production — Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn / TikTok / X. Native creative, not cross-posted mush.
  • Scheduling + audience timing optimization — posts go live when your audience is online, not when an intern is awake.
  • DM + comment response monitoring — inbound replies don't sit for 36 hours. Real humans answer within the day.
  • Performance reporting — what worked, what didn't, what to test next. Monthly delivered.

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $2-6K/mo.

Infrastructure · 04

CRM + lifecycle automation

Enterprise-grade contact management, lifecycle automation, SMS + email sequences, lead routing. The CRM stack agencies charge $3K-$8K/mo to set up — included.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • CRM setup and migration — moving from whatever spreadsheet / Google contacts / sticky-note system you have today into a real lifecycle platform.
  • SMS + email lifecycle automation — welcome sequences, abandoned-cart, re-engagement, win-back, post-purchase upsell — built once, runs forever.
  • Lead routing + sales-team hand-off — high-intent leads go to the right person automatically. Low-intent leads stay in nurture.
  • Booking + calendar integration — service businesses get appointment booking directly inside the CRM workflow.

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $3-8K/mo + platform license.

Infrastructure · 05

Reputation engine

Review monitoring + response across Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, industry-specific platforms. Negative-review triage. Star-rating recovery campaigns. The infrastructure that determines whether a $40 Google click converts.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • Multi-platform review monitoring — Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Trustpilot, industry-specific platforms. One dashboard. Daily alerts on new reviews.
  • Response drafting + posting — every review gets a thoughtful response within 24 hours. Positive reinforcement, negative de-escalation.
  • Negative-review triage — when a 1-star hits, we coordinate the response, route to your team for context, post within hours, and follow up offline if needed.
  • Review-generation campaigns — post-service email + SMS asking happy customers to leave a review. Star rating goes up, conversion follows.

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $1.5-4K/mo + platform.

Infrastructure · 06

AI marketing tooling

Access to the AI-powered marketing tools our agency builds for paying clients — content generation, ad creative testing, audience research. The toolkit that lets a small business move at agency speed.

+ See depth

What you get inside the engine:

  • AI content generation — blog posts, social copy, email sequences, ad creative variations. Drafted in minutes, reviewed by humans, deployed.
  • AI ad creative testing — multivariate creative testing at scale. Find the winning hook + image + offer combo without spending months on the test.
  • AI audience research — competitor analysis, persona development, content-gap analysis. Reports your team can act on.
  • AI customer support layer — for businesses that want to deploy an AI chat layer for inbound inquiries (with human escalation rules).

Standalone agency cost for equivalent: $2-6K/mo + tool stack subscriptions.

How this works as a system: the six engines above are individually capable but designed to interconnect. PR drives traffic; the reputation engine converts it; the CRM captures it; the lifecycle automation nurtures it; geofencing retargets the ones who didn't convert; AI tools optimize every layer. Autism Acceptance World is the curator of this Fortune-500 infrastructure for Las Vegas businesses — not the source. We don't reveal the underlying technology providers (proprietary partnership reasons), but the outcomes are real and measurable.

What this stack would cost you standalone: roughly $15K-$25K per month if you bought each capability from separate vendors at retainer pricing. What you pay as an Autism Acceptance World Business Network Founding Member: a single annual sponsorship that covers the full bundle, with the rest of the value going to fund the autism play center — which gives you a story your customers care about.

Outcomes, not deliverables

The outcome menu — every Founding Member picks what they actually need.

A 30-minute consultation with Cash and David comes with every tier. We walk the engines above against your actual business and tell you which outcomes apply. If something isn't needed, we say so. No cookie-cutter checklist. No padding the deck.

01

Get found

SEO audit + technical fixes. Wholesale PR distribution for guaranteed indexing. Automated Google Ads productized for SMB scale. Local SEO for Las Vegas + Henderson.

02

Get clicked

UGC distribution at organic-scale (viral video → 100K–1M+ views). Targeted programmatic geofencing for local-audience precision. Creative variants A/B-tested in flight.

03

Get booked

Lead response under 60 seconds via supervised AI. Appointment booking. Inbound voice intake. Review flywheel that compounds your reputation engine over months — not one-off Yelp pushes.

04

Get modernized

Bring your current website to PageSpeed-pass across Performance, SEO, Accessibility, and Best Practices — the four Lighthouse scores Google publishes. Mobile-first rebuild if needed. Ecommerce gets a2a + ucp + acp extension points for the agentic-commerce era.

05

Get consistent

Ongoing digital marketing retainer + systems buildout + hardware operation if you need it. Optional Fractional CMO seat — Cash or David rides the leadership table for monthly strategy and quarterly executive reviews.

06

Get heard

Help you launch your own AI system — voice, prompt-engineering, distribution. The methodology we run on ourselves, productized for businesses that want to ship their own agent into the world.

We'll match what your current agency is doing — or replace them entirely. If you already have an SEO firm, a PR shop, or a creative agency you're happy with, we plug into that stack instead of duplicating it. The point is your outcomes, not our line items. Founders call sets the scope; you keep what works.

Founding Member tiers

Pick the tier that fits your business.

Every tier bundles the infrastructure above plus a founders consultation to scope which outcomes from the menu apply. The differences are scale of marketing services + scale of recognition at the Las Vegas venue + named room or wing rights.

Service-Cornerstone

In-kind

Service-trade

How the math works · Why Las Vegas businesses sign up

It's marketing spend. Not a donation.

Autism Acceptance World is a Nevada Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), not a 501(c)(3). That matters for your tax treatment.

  • Your accountant treats it as marketing expense (IRC §162), deductible the same year you incur it — no waiting on charitable-deduction rules or itemization requirements.
  • You receive concrete services + measurable deliverables in exchange for your sponsorship — the same B2B sponsorship arrangement that any chamber sponsorship, racing sponsorship, or stadium-naming deal uses.
  • The autism-destination support is the brand story — your customers see you backing something that matters in their city. Marketing dollars work harder when they buy you something to be proud of.

What this is not: a charitable donation. We never claim 501(c)(3) status, never call this "tax-deductible giving," never imply your sponsorship is anything other than a commercial transaction with great brand-story upside. That clarity protects you and us both.

Three reasons in plain English
01 · The math

~$15K of marketing infrastructure inside every $25K tier

A Founding Member tier delivers about $15K of services you'd buy from an agency anyway. The remaining $10K supports an autism destination that's going to be on every Las Vegas news cycle for years.

02 · The story

A brand position no chamber sponsorship can buy

Las Vegas families know the FOX5 report from April 2026: families going into debt for autism therapy state coverage was supposed to provide. Backing the answer is the kind of brand position no chamber-of-commerce sponsorship can buy.

03 · The room

Logo placement at the highest-traffic autism-family venue in NV

When Autism Acceptance World Las Vegas opens, every autism family in Clark County is going to know it. Founding Members get logo placement, named spaces, and event hosting rights.

What happens next: 30-min founders consult to scope which outcomes apply → sponsorship agreement → kickoff. We turn down more applicants than we accept — the founders consult exists so we tell you honestly if Autism Acceptance World Business Network fits.

We respond within 1 business day. No high-pressure follow-up.

Frequently asked

Is this a charitable donation? Tax-deductible?

No. Autism Acceptance World is a Nevada Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), not a 501(c)(3). Your sponsorship is a commercial transaction — your accountant treats it as marketing expense (IRC §162), deductible the same year. We never claim 501(c)(3) status and never call this tax-deductible giving.

What if my marketing needs change mid-year?

The infrastructure stack is modular. If lifecycle email becomes a higher priority than landing pages, we adjust within the tier. Quarterly reviews (at Service-Founders and above) are exactly when those calibrations happen.

Who actually delivers the marketing services?

The Voice of Cash agency operators — the same team that runs our existing client portfolio. Founding Members plug into the same infrastructure, same operators, same quality bar. We're not subcontracting your account to an offshore agency.

When does the venue open?

Phase 0 is now (popups + this site). Phase 1 is PBC formation + escrow + Founding Member agreements live (triggered by initial sponsor + family-pledge volume). Phase 2 is the venue — Henderson, Summerlin, or Spring Valley most likely. Founding Members get the first wave of named-room rights when the lease signs.

What if I'm not in Las Vegas?

The Founding Member tier is Las Vegas-anchored (the named-room rights only matter if you have a Las Vegas business presence). If you're a national brand wanting to support the Autism Acceptance World Movement without the Las Vegas tie-in, see the Movement lane on the pledge page or contact us directly.

What if I want to in-kind a service (construction, food, A/V)?

We credit verified in-kind contributions at fair market value against any tier. Buildout phase is the highest in-kind need — construction trades, electrical, HVAC, FF&E, food service, A/V, security. Indicate "In-kind" on the form above.
