Cash is the founder of Autism Acceptance World, a Nevada Public Benefit Corporation building the first autism play center in Las Vegas and the autistic-led movement infrastructure that supports it.

Background

Twenty years in digital marketing in Las Vegas. Founded multiple digital ventures and built marketing infrastructure for clients across industries. Diagnosed as autistic in adulthood — joining the rapidly growing community of late-diagnosed autistic adults whose presentations were missed by diagnostic criteria built around 8-year-old boys.

Why Autism Acceptance World

Cash founded Autism Acceptance World after recognizing the gap between what Las Vegas autism families need and what currently exists in the city. The April 2026 FOX5 Las Vegas report on Nevada families paying $80 per hour out of pocket for autism therapy crystallized the problem. The autistic-led organizational structure was a deliberate choice — most autism organizations are parent-led or professional-led, and the autistic-adult community has been clear about the difference that makes.

Autism Acceptance World's mission

Build the first autism play center in Las Vegas — a sensory-friendly destination for autistic kids and the families raising them. Build the daily-use tools families need (16 free tools shipping, with a working insurance-appeal generator, IEP-prep doc, letter-to-editor generator, and more). Build the resource library autistic adults wish had existed when they were diagnosed. Be the autistic-led voice in autism policy and media conversations.

Quotes for media use

"Las Vegas has world-class everything. Autistic kids in our city get a trampoline place that charges $180 an hour. That's it."
"There's no place in Las Vegas built for autistic kids the way it should be. I run a marketing agency. I'm using it to build that place."
"The autism resource industry has spent thirty years on awareness. We're building what comes next."
