We run monthly community popups at partner venues across Clark County — sensory-friendly hours, low-pressure social, autism families running the room. Free or low-cost, RSVP required, every event hosted by Cash or Autism Acceptance World operators.

After-hours sensory-aware open jump. Lights dimmed, music off, autism-aware staff. Families pay venue rate ($15/jumper) — Autism Acceptance World covers an autism-family scholarship pool.

Sensory-friendly park gathering — quiet zones, structured activities, parent respite tables. Cash hosts. Free with RSVP. Bring lunch.

One email per popup, sent 1-2 weeks before the event. You get the date, venue, RSVP link, and any sensory-prep info specific to that venue. No spam, no nurture sequence.
Autism families need places to be NOW. The venue is in build — popups give the community something real this month.
Every popup teaches the operations team what works at small scale. The venue programming will be shaped by what we learn here.
Each popup grows the family list, which proves demand to capital partners and tells us what to build first.
Trampoline park, indoor playground, gymnasium, splash pad, museum, library room. The venue requirements are simple: ability to dim lights, control sound, offer 2-3 hours of sensory-friendly use during off-hours. We bring the families and the operational staff.
